Step 2. Diving into Project organization

For an improvement program to be successful, a solid program organization is needed.

Program manager: Conductor Marine Works provides the consultant / program manager. This is an experienced expert in the subject, who also has a lot of project experience. He or she keeps an overview, supervises the implementation of all improvement activities and monitors the planning.

Steering committee:. A steering group is formed with representatives from the company and the Conductor Marine Works program manager. The steering group is ultimately responsible for the budget, resources, progress and results of the program.

Task forces: The implementation of the improvement activities is in the hands of task forces in the various areas. These consist of professionals from the company. This ensures that acceptance is high and that optimal solutions are chosen.
